3rd International Congress of the International Society of Uterus Transplantation (ISUTx)

Dear Colleagues,

dear ISUTx members,

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 3rd International Congress of the International Society of Uterus Transplantation (ISUTx), which will be held on Friday October 8th as a hybrid congress onsite in the University Women’s Hospital, Tubingen, Germany and also online as a webinar, to allow as many colleges as possible to take part from all over the world.

The ISUTx was founded in 2016 when Uterus Transplantation programs started to be implemented all over the world after the first life birth in 2014 in Gothenburg, Sweden.

This third International ISUTx congress is following the two first congresses being held in Gothenburg Sweden in 2017 and in Cleveland, USA in 2019. In between State-of-the Art Meetings (2018 in Ghent, Belgium and 2020 in Prague, Czech Republic) were organised to keep the doctors and scientists up-to-date and discuss outcomes and further strategies.

Although this 3rd International Congress of ISUTx will be held in the form of webinar because of the ongoing Covid pandemic, we think this could even be a great chance for all the groups and colleges interested in this topic to take part from all over the world in a even better way. We have included Pro-Contra debates on hot topics within the field and also future aspects for scientific and ethical questions, but as well practical issues and discussion to further optimise uterus transplantation.

Also at the congress the result of the election for Board of Directors for ISUTx 2021 to 2023 will be presented.

Register for this congress NOW, take part in our live discussion via chat during the webinar AND take the chance to see all the presentations and debates also up to 6 months “on-demand”.
